I opened this one, too, and I'll tell you what it tastes like in plain English.
"sour cemedine."
In general, I'd say it's angular: ⁉️
It's completely different from yellow lemon doo 🍋.
The alcohol content is 5 degrees, so I have to worry about storing it...
But I can't drink it as it is...
I'll leave it at room temperature for now 🍶-
⬇Addition (2025.07.02)
Pasta with garlic, anchovies and tomatoes at dawn.
I paired it with a glass of wine and cold sake.
Cemedine goes well with my anchovy habit👍✨.
It's been 6 months and the cemedine still hasn't faded 🤣𐤔
It was a substitute for white wine 💕
⬇addendum (2025.08.22)
I drank it cold (room temperature) in a wine glass.
The cemedine feeling is diminished, but the acidity increases. w
It's like a certain expedition.
I'm not sure if it's because of the low alcohol content... 😱
