Kazenomori御所まち限定 ALPHA1 氷温熟成酒

We came to Gosho, where Kaze no Mori's Aburacho Sake Brewery is located.
The brewery does not seem to sell limited-edition sake, but it is available at several restaurants in Gosho.
I had this one at a restaurant called Kemuri.
It is said to be an ALPHA 1 ice-aged sake.
It has the same sweetness and yogurt-like acidity in a low-alcohol drinkability as the regular one.
I did not compare the two, so I did not know exactly what the difference was, but I got the impression that it was a little calmer.
I enjoy the Gosho area.
