It is a local sake from Yamagata, but I had never had it before, so I bought it.
Hashu Homare" is a sake rice that I had never heard of, so I looked it up and found out that it is a sake rice bred by the Takagi Sake Brewery in 2000, a cross between Miyamanishiki and Tamaryu F10, and is characterized by its sharp sake quality 🫢.
The ginjo aroma is clear and gorgeous🌸
Mineral and smooth on the palate, with a spread of umami and a sharpness. Good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami.
Slight alcohol taste and slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
It was an easy-drinking sake with good balance and umami 😄I would like to visit when I go back to my hometown!
