The sweetness from the nigori is relatively moderate.
The combination of carbonation and lactic acidity makes the taste not sour, but quite refreshing.
I thought it was a bit un-Nigori-shu like, but that's good because it's just like a snowball!
It is a very unique and delicious sake, and you can't talk about nigori sake without drinking it!
