I didn't register, so I did💦.
As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the fruit.
Not exactly tropical, but like when you open a white wine from the south of France✨.
Pears and green apples. It felt a bit viscous and flowed like water. It showed gorgeous brightness in the midst of all that, and it snapped nicely.
Very refreshing and cool, not much alcohol at 16 degrees, but you can feel the heat in the second half. There is a strong bitterness at the end.
Dawn...it certainly felt refreshing 🍃.
It has an extraordinary feeling, but it is not the kind of sake you would drink outside, but rather a strange sake that you would want to enjoy at home 😌.
