Kumakichi
The first bottle to be opened on New Year's Eve is Tobitsune - Tsubame Tori by Tobirazumi Honpo.
This one is brewed with highly polished rice (35% Akita Sakekomachi), multi-acidic yeast No. 77, and Yamahai.
It has the rich apple sweetness that is typical of Hirasen Honpo, but with a clear and elegant aftertaste!
The price of 3,300 yen for a four-pack is a bit of a drawback, but it is a bottle that you will still want to drink!
