Since we were there, we compared the drink with Akatombo. I was lucky to get both of them!
The aroma is strong lactobacillus. It has a sourness in the back, but it is much more moderate than Akatombo.
Therefore, the taste is quite mild. There is almost no sweet and sourness, and this one has a calmer, more autumnal flavor.
Although I compared them, Akatombo and UA Momiji are completely different types of sake.
But both are delicious!
I am looking forward to seeing what kind of autumn they will bring us next year.
