At a sake bar. This is my first time to visit a sake bar in Osaka. I am always a home drinker, but this time I went out for a drink. I visited this bar because a certain izakaya introduced it on YouTube. The third glass was Tobirazumi. The aroma was fresh apple. It tastes like a cider because it is made with malic acid, Yamahai yeast, and white malted rice, but the sweetness and acidity are not so pronounced. Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
