With the arrival of the fall sake season, I'll be on board for a bit. Hiyayoroshi is a new winter sake that is matured in the brewery for one summer and then shipped out in the fall when the temperature drops. I was under the impression that hiya-roshi is made when the temperature drops in the fall, but I wonder how it is made in the recent hot weather. I am sure the temperature is controlled by air conditioning, etc., but it seems strange to me that shipments start in the middle of August. So, every year I am troubled by the dilemma of wanting to try seasonal products even though I do not fully appreciate the taste of hiyaoroshi. I chose Haneya for this year's hiyaoroshi. It is my favorite brand. There is no doubt about it! I was so enthusiastic, but the fruity flavor in the beginning was not so great, and what stood out was the bitterness in the latter half. Well, I'm still not sure. Please don't abuse me. 〜Am I an immature person who can't enjoy autumn sake? 〜I'm not a mature person. Thank you very much for the food and drink!
