I took a vacation for my child's field day and opened a bottle of this one right on the anniversary. The aroma is sour like plums and grapes. The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated. It is mild on the tongue, but when you swallow it down, the sourness spreads. The sour aftertaste reminds one of Delaware. The lingering aftertaste is also very refreshing, making you want to take another sip. A delicious sake with impact.
