I am not familiar with the brand, so this is the first time I have heard of the brand, but I know how delicious and rare it is just by the fact that it is called Shinmasa.
The lot number is written on the label, and it is said that only 2,000 bottles of this sake are made every year.
It is a kijoshu, which means it is sweet, but the way the sweetness disappears is superb, and I felt its uniqueness in the way it disappears cleanly and clearly.
The beauty of drinking outside is that you can encounter such a rare sake and listen to the fun stories.
