After two days of work yesterday and today, I had dinner with a colleague and two young employees of the ordering company.
We went to a bonito straw grill.
Since we were seated on the second floor, the waiter brought a bottle of sake to the table, and I felt bad taking a picture, so the picture of the sake is from the menu. The photo of the food is real lol.
Geni Shin, I have never heard of this name before. It seems to be the restaurant's original.
It is dry but not too sour. It's like it's simply spicy. It might go well with food.
The usual grilled bonito with salt. Tempura of Aosa Nori (seaweed). It might go well with salty dishes.
