Plum fruitiness. Very sweet and textured. Not too sweet because it is not persistent. Not much acidity. Easy to drink and women seem to like it.
The alcohol content is low at 10%, so 1:1 with soda is good. On its own, I would prefer it straight. I don't pair plum wine very often, but I'd pair it with soda with food.
