The rainy season has finally arrived in the Kinki region.
The weather has been hot and rainy, and it's been a bit complicated lately, so I thought I'd share my thoughts on the rainy season in Amayadori.
It has a pear-like aroma and a soft mouthfeel with a hint of acidity.
As time goes by, it becomes sweet and sour, with a pineapple feel 🍍.
Due to the low acidity, it may not be for summer, but it is gentle, sweet and delicious, so it can be drunk in all seasons. ❤️
