The third different rice of Kaze no Mori Week, Omachi sake!
If it tastes this good at 80% rice polishing ratio, it makes you wonder what the point is in cutting down the rice.
I got carried away and tried a comparison of three different types of sake.
Yamadanishiki, Aizan, and Omachi are all delicious!
There are some differences, but I can't verbalize them. I am just ashamed of my stupid tongue!
