At the sake shop tasting.
It has a little sweetness but a refreshing aftertaste. I was told that Senkou is characterized by its acidity. I thought "I see" and drank it easily.
It was very easy to drink and I could understand why Senkou is so popular. Next time, I want to drink it with a meal.
