I bought it at Tanaka Sake Brewery's "Kamegokura" in Otaru.
After tasting three kinds of sake, I found that the umami was a little weak, so I told them my preference and this is what they served me.
The aroma was almost nonexistent. If you look carefully, you can smell a faint aroma that is typical of sake in the distance.
In the mouth, the first thing you notice is the acidity, followed by the umami, which is not unpleasant.
The lingering aftertaste is only sourness, which then fades away.
Well, for me, the acidity is a little strong.
The umami is okay, and I don't dislike it, but I wish it would come with more gusto.
