45% polished Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture, 15% alc.
The ginjo aroma of peach🍑 is unique‼️
Good before drinking, but also good after drinking 😆.
What a surprise to find a Jyushidai from the very beginning of the omakase: ‼️
