Raifuku純米吟醸 愛山
はな
I had to run some errands in Shinjuku and had a cup of sake while picking up sushi. I told them I was in the mood for a dry sake, and the one that came out was Raifuku. It was a refreshingly dry sake that went well with the food. It has a sense of stability.
The food was good, but a little stronger in general than I would have liked. The photo shows deep-fried bonito, which is rare & delicious. Also, the sea urchin was a no-brainer.
Thank you very much!
