I'm not a fan of mountain waste, if anything.
It would be a shame not to drink it.
This one was recommended to me after consulting with the manager of the liquor store.
It's 300ml, so if it's not your favorite, that's okay.
A smooth, green apple-like scent.
It's a raw sake, but I didn't get much of a sense of gas.
The taste is refreshing at first when you drink it.
It comes out rich and full-bodied afterwards.
It has a strong acidity and is very tasty.
Maybe this one is actually drinkable.
Isn't it amazing that it's labeled Junmai sake and it's 50% polished?
I wonder if there is anything in the mountains that can be said to be good?
