It is sweet, fruity, and deliciously satisfying👍.
Nishikata-cho, Tochigi City, located in the southwest of Tochigi Prefecture, is a town centered on agriculture and is one of the leading rice-producing areas in the prefecture. We use "Yamada-Nishiki" and "Gohyakumangoku" harvested at our own rice field, 7 farmers in the city, and Tochigi Agricultural High School, "Hitogochi" and "Yumesasara" harvested in the prefecture, and "Omachi" from Okayama, "Aiyama" from Hyogo, "Kitashizuku", "Ginpu", "Comet" from Hokkaido outside of the prefecture are used to brew our products.
Suginamiki uses only local rice and local yeast, aiming for a gentle, dry sake that is not boring to drink, while Sigata uses not only local rice but also rice from outside the prefecture, aiming for a gorgeous, flavorful sake.
Sake soaking satisfaction: 🍶🍶🍶🍶
