This is my first sake, jackets.
While there are many different sake labels, I think there are surprisingly few of this kind of craft design fashionable type. It looks like a gourd.
Aside from its appearance, it has a fizzy, acidic, and lactic acidic taste that is refreshing and pleasant to the palate. The individual assertions are not too strong, and the sweetness envelops and finishes with a slight bitterness, so it is easy to understand the ups and downs of the flavors and can be said to be honestly delicious.
The brewery itself was founded in 1819, so it is a long-established business. Is the master brewer new? I am curious about more sake.
