Hiokizakura新酒しぼりたて原酒 山眠る

Today is a pleasant little spring day. I went out during the day to run some errands and had a leisurely evening drink. It was a very productive day.
So today we started with beer, and here's what we'll open. Mountain Sleep. The label is good, but the name is also good. It has a doshiri feeling and a lightness.
The taste is still austere. It has a strong presence that says, "I'm not like those guys these days who are so excited. And yet it is fruity. I think it would be just right for my mood if I drank it in a colder season. It is not a whiskey, but it has the taste of drinking it totsutsu totsutsu with a crackling fire in the fireplace. As the label says, it is a hard, tight, winter airy sake. This sake is well suited to be poured slowly and without haste. The alcohol content is a solid 18 degrees. I enjoy it like a hunter relaxing by the fireplace after a long day of hunting. It is a hardy sake, but it is also gentle.
I would not recommend it to those who are not accustomed to drinking it, but since it has a strong flavor, I think it has a strength that will not be defeated no matter what it is paired with. If you see it, I think it's a good choice.
