I opened one that had a quality retention date of last December 🍾.
It's still sweet but not too sweet and I can taste the flavor and acidity 🍸.
I think it lacks the clarity of the previous ones I drank before the expiration date 🤔.
Is it because of the lot 🤔?
Well, it's a small difference, so maybe I'm wrong 😋.
I saved it because it is not easy to find, but I think too much that it might have deteriorated because I saved it, so I must drink the fresh sake as soon as I buy it ^_^.
