Purchased at a nearby roadside station when visiting Negoroji Temple in Wakayama with a friend.
Kido, Kurogyu, Zoga, and Kurumazaka are probably the first sake that come to mind when one thinks of Wakayama.
They are rare because they are not seen very often.
Drink it cold.
Very gorgeous ginjo aroma.
When you drink it, you will find that it is very powerful and sharp despite its soft water. The spiciness is also impressive.
The aftertaste is very refreshing. It seems to go well with sashimi and seafood.
