It has been a long time since I caught a fish and sake. I spend two hours each way to go fishing for this pleasure. Fried flounder and Tottori sake. I bought this at a tourist attraction I passed by on my trip. It seems to be a local rice called "Strong". I bought it at a sake brewery I passed by with no prior knowledge, but it was a bonanza. The alcohol content is strong and it comes on strong, but it melts down from the back of your throat to your stomach. It was a pleasant sake that fit in well with my body.
