Las
I love this drink. I loved it.
That's why I bought a bottle for New Year's.
Besides, I heard that it won a gold medal in the Ginjo-type (light and clean) category at the Oriental Sake Awards 2025.
And they also won the Champion from among the gold medals in each category!
Well, I opened the bottle on New Year's Eve and drank it in snow-cold and flower-cold. But it was not as impressive as before!
Maybe it was because my stomach was tired from all the eating and drinking at the end of the year, but I didn't notice it at the time of purchase.
I didn't notice it when I bought it, but maybe it was because it had been a little while since the sake was made.
I wondered if the impression would change so much depending on the year.
Or, does it grow differently when it is a bottle of sake?
On New Year's Day, I tried drinking it at different temperatures, but my impression was that it was just a delicious sake.
