The theme this time is "mellow ✖︎ sharpness" with low-pitched aging.

A fruity aroma with freshness and depth reminiscent of fresh grapefruit and blueberries. In the mouth, the juicy flavor and sharp acidity are well-balanced and harmonized in a moderate thickness and volume, and a slightly ripe and aromatic mouth aroma like rum raisins gently spreads. A slight sense of gas tightens the impression of the aftertaste, and the sharpness is good. It is a good match for a wide range of food, including Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes.
