Tonight we are having homemade gyoza and a bottle of #Gichiki Junmai Genmai 50% sake from #Yamachu Honke Shuzo in Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture. It is said that it was brewed in 2006, and it has a very nice matured color 😆 It is very enjoyable as it shows many nuances such as the sweetness of rice like caramel, mirin and soy sauce. It goes well with the dumplings we are eating together.
