It is limited to Yamaguchi prefecture.
I hope they take this opportunity to revive the ippo series!
This is the soliloquy of a former ippo fan.
This is Toyo Bijin brewed by Mr. Sumikawa, who has a good reputation for sake brewing as the first apprentice of Mr. Takaki Jyudai.
It is thick, sweet and juicy.
The freshness of the sake and the softness that only a nama-shu can provide will leave you with a happy aftertaste for a while.
I would like to enjoy it slowly on its own, but it would also be interesting to pair it with sweets.
