I had received a gift of sake from a customer's company in Yamaguchi, and in return? In return, I sent him some sweets. When I went to Yamaguchi the other day, he thanked me for not sending them, and said, "I sent you another one! You sent me another one 😳,,
I'm grateful, but, if I return it again, it's going to be an eternal gift loop...oh well 🤣.
This is the sake. It is made by regional trading company Yamaguchi and Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada Nishiki. It looks festive, so I put it on standby for New Year's. Originally, this sake was only available for the New Year's holidays. Originally, this sake is only available at the end of the year and the beginning of the New Year. Thankfully, I'm going to enjoy it.
