I bought Yodogawa-san's recommendation again. Soyomyo is generally my favorite brand. This time, it was the first Shibori-Ginjo Nama-shu. Personally, I thought it had a muscat-like aroma. The taste was dry and full of umami, and I felt it had a strong Soyojo flavor. It is perfect for New Year's dishes!
I'm glad I live in Tochigi these days.
