The set with Akebono was made by Uozu Shuzo, also from the port city of Uozu. The Uozu Shuzo is a newly-formed brewery from Motoe Shuzo.
It is a fresh and crisp sake. I would like to drink it slowly at home next time ^ ^.
Now, even if I say a little bit at a time, it would be difficult to go home any more, so I made this my last stop and took the train back home.
The time difference works for an empty stomach ( ;)).
I enjoyed the station BAR. I wish it would be permanent ^ ^.
