Izumofuji雪雲 にごり生原酒
Savanna
Here is the 5th runner up of the Nigolympics.
The reason for the selection is due to the influence of the Sakerabo channel (after all...)
The bottle was opened gently.
The aroma is also mild. Slightly cemedine.
Start with the supernatant. The acidity stands out. This was more pronounced than Sengoku Yukidaruma.
When the lees are mixed, it becomes a very milky and balanced sake at once. The modest sweetness is elegant and runs through relatively light and disappears quickly.
I couldn't help but exclaim, "Oh! I exclaimed.
The lightness and sharpness of this sake make it so easy to forget the initial cemedine aroma.
It was the best buddy with simmered pumpkin!
Personally, I liked it better than Hirotogawa Nigori because it was easier to drink.
