I got this sake from last year's hometown tax payment 🍶.
I don't remember why I chose this one, but it must have hit the spot. It turned out to be a nice choice.
It has a nice juicy sweetness and sourness. It was delicious, with a ricey and alty taste. I guess it is like eating it with a zicchri.
Speaking of Shimotsuma, I remember seeing a movie called Shimotsuma Monogatari, but I can't remember the ending at all, just the setting. I remember it was Fukaki Kyon ^_^.

Manachie-san Good evening. I read on the back label that there is a group called "Shimotsuma Jizake wo Tsukuru Kai" (Shimotsuma Sake Making Association), so it may be a project. I think it will continue to be available for a while, so if you see it, I hope you will try it. The gothic lolita Fukakyoung was cute.
