ShichisuiFOUR SEASONS WINTER
はな
I've been holding back for a while, and I want to drink more sake than ever. Tomorrow is my day off, so tonight I'll be toasting with Nanamizu's FOUR SEASONS WINTER.
The strong fizzy and cloudy state of the sake is indeed an image of winter.
When I sipped it with high expectations, what do I see? It has a refreshing grapefruit aroma, a surprisingly light and dry taste, and a crisp, slightly bitter aftertaste. I see, the color of Gohyakumangoku comes out strongly.
I tried it with oysters with ponzu sauce, but I think it would be better with dishes with strong flavors such as sukiyaki.
