It has a sweet taste with a hint of sweet and sour, and a light, modern flavor. This is the kind of sake that is fruity.
However, it is dry and has a refreshing aftertaste, which I like.
I had it with a fig salad with balsamic vinegar, because I like good sake with seasonal food.
It seems to go well with white fish, too, but I didn't buy any, so I bit into some kawahagi, a delicacy. LOL!
