jirocho
Purchased as it was a limited edition sake.
It was specially brewed for the 150th anniversary,
This sake is made from Yamadaho.
This one is made with Yamadaho. The other is Watabune No. 2.
The first aroma was, well, like pickles?
Fermented? Fermented? Like smoked....
But the taste is all about the deliciousness of rice. It is delicious!
It was different from the usual Houou Mita.
