bouken
Fresh, sweet and spicy. Lightly gassy?
The second half is a little alcoholic. The impression is that it is cut off quickly without giving a lingering aftertaste. The aroma is quite gorgeous.
It has both a ginjo aroma and a fruity flavor, but it seems to have a strong sake quality, so I thought it would be good to let it sit for a while.
This sake shop is located in Ninomiya, a short walk from Sannomiya Station in the direction of Osaka. I heard that it is almost always open, but not always.
The brands they carry are
Chiyonokame, Kawakame, Jukishin, Jogawago, Ehime Ikkai, Nihonshin, Hatsuyukibai, Nobushi, Ishizuchi, etc. They seem to be strong in Ehime sake. Other brands include Chushingura, Okutanba, Amber Izumi, Hounou Ume, Ryuriki, Gassan, Seimasamune, etc.
