Aihara Shuzo, the brewer of Amego no Tsuki (moon after rain), produces this sake with Mochizuki Shoten in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It was the first choice at the store, so I bought it. It has an exquisitely soft mouthfeel and a moderate aroma. It has a light sweetness, almost no acidity, and a subtle bitterness that brings the whole thing together. I'm sorry to have missed it.
