When I went to the main shop of "Torisei" which is run by Yamamoto Honke in Fushimi, I enjoyed the holy drink, so I bought it. "It's been a long time since I went to Torisei.
I don't remember the taste so much, but I only remember the atmosphere of the shop was nice and it was delicious.
This time, I drank this sake, and I felt that it is a traditional Kyoto sake with a light and dry taste, and it goes well with dishes with a strong taste such as Yakitori.
