Purchased when I returned to my hometown for my father's new obon, the last day of a 7-day summer vacation, I drove, not on a motorcycle, to the farmer's direct sales stand across the street from Michi no Eki Tsuru, where I could eat fresh corn. Corn with a sugar content of 22 degrees and white dew are both delicious, although to be honest, they don't go well together. Grilled baby corn sprinkled with salt goes better with sake. You can even eat the whiskers, but it's better to keep it as a talking point.
