RoyskiFirst, I am very much a fan of the presentation. A simple lable with an eye catching bottle texture. The sake is not very aromatic, but comes on strong in the first taste. It is bright and tart. The sake feels close to sour, but doesn't quite break into what I would consider sour. This makes this sake very refreshing. The alcohol leaves a short tinge, but the flavor finishes clean. With a medium body, it is a very enjoyable experience sip after sip.
