In the mouth, there is a slight sweet and bitter acidity. From there, a rich sweetness comes through. It is a mellow sweetness of syrup, honey, and melon. Then, it disappears beautifully. The bitterness is also clearly tightened at the back of it. And it is so smooth that there is no sensation of it passing down the throat.
On the first day of drinking, he thought the sake was a little thin. But today, the fifth day after opening the bottle, the sweetness is so strong that you don't feel it. It's still so delicious~!
If I were to compare it to Ghibli's "Howl" from "Howl's Moving Castle," I would say that it has a slightly bitter taste from the middle of the movie. He is a sweet and handsome guy with a bit of bitterness from the middle of the movie.
