The top aroma is loud. Fruity, intense aroma of pineapple and apples.
The texture is slightly thick.
In the mouth, the original sweetness and umami of rice spreads softly.
At the same time, a slight acidity and a strong bitterness spreads and finishes without losing its edge.
As the label suggests, it has a gentle, classic flavor. However, the aroma is also subtle enough to be heated.
Not my personal favorite.
