With the local blessing of Nagara River subsoil water from Gifu Prefecture, this brewery has a slightly different style of brewing, brewing year-round in its own well in a unique location in the basement of a building in front of the station.
The Nagara River's subsoil water is used to brew sake as "the spring of pride in Japan.
