It's been a long time since I've been to Mt.
As the name suggests, the mountain is named after Mt. Yahiko in Niigata and Mt. Hidehiko, which straddles Fukuoka and Oita, and is known as one of the "Three Hikosan Mountains" and has been a mountain for ascetic practitioners and a famous rock-climbing spot since ancient times.
It is a sweet sake with a strong acidity, and although not as rich as a mellow sake, it has a full mouthfeel.
