There are different tastes for different tastes.
I can feel both fruitiness and ripeness best around Hanayakie.
It goes well with rich, sweet and spicy flavored food like stewed pork cubes, and surprisingly it also goes well with yakisoba noodles with sauce.
It probably goes well with nuts, too.
