When I first drank it, I thought it was a harsh sake with no sweetness, but when I drank it a few days after opening it, I liked the sourness and sweetness that only doburoku can have. But when I drank it a few days after opening it, it had a nice acidity and sweetness that is only possible with doburoku. This wildness is the beauty of doburoku. It goes well with a variety of dishes!
