Takatsugu
Asahi Kohshin from Tochigi, purchased on an expedition. I will have it for the first time.
First, I sipped it cold. It has a classical flavor with a slightly restrained umami and a slightly sour taste.
Next, we tried it warmed. The closed umami spreads softly and softly, with an aftertaste that is easy to cut through and not tiring to drink. Personally, I think it tastes better when heated.
This bottle reaffirms the fact that there are still some delicious sake out there that we don't know about yet. Delicious: ❗️
